A compact version of the taller big brother, for those that don’t require the extra height functions. Add J-cups and you still get a versatile rack without the added height which maybe be limited in certain garages basements etc

Made from our heavy duty 75x75x3mm section uprights, Features quick release lock pins, adjustable hole spacing for the thick adjustable crossbar from the lowest to highest points. Will work not only for a classic yoke carry or Zercher carry, but for fat-grip pull-ups, presses and ring exercises.

DISTINCTLY METAL MUSCLE ™
Most yokes on the market uses standard weight sleeves that are painted metal tubing with a plastic end cap or no cap at all. All METAL MUSCLE weight sleeves are hard chrome plated with a molded aluminum end cap and rubber spacer for added durability, scratch resistant and less chance of peeling and chipping. Laser cut logos throughout complete the look and add to the high end appearance.
