OVERVIEW
The Monster Flip is the next incarnation of the standard tire flip. Just as effective as your typical recycled beat-up tire but a lot cooler and versatile! The movement is performed the same, but you can increment your weight by adding standard Olympic plates. With a total of 132cm of loadable space, can be loaded to well over 400kgs! Additional 50 mm bars positioned on each side runs the complete length allows for a team carry event. These bars can also be extended out. Leave it on the floor it will become a neutral grip deadlift.  If positioned on a higher elevation it can be a standing press.
