Many Metal Muscle products — including strongman equipment, selector dumbbells, rigs, and heavy adjustable systems — are oversized and require specialised freight services.

Due to the size, weight, and delivery requirements of these items, shipping is not automatically calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

How Shipping Is Calculated

Why Shipping Cannot Be Calculated Instantly

Because of this, freight cannot be reliably calculated at the time of checkout.

Delivery Process

Once your shipping invoice is paid:

  • Your order will be booked with the most suitable carrier.
  • Tracking details will be provided where available.
  • The freight company may contact you to arrange delivery.

Please Ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery (unless agreed otherwise).
  • Access is clear and suitable for pallet delivery.
  • You notify us in advance if access restrictions apply.

Important Delivery Information

  • Most heavy items are delivered via pallet freight to kerbside only.
  • Drivers are not responsible for bringing items inside premises.
  • If additional services (tail-lift, specific time windows, etc.) are required and not disclosed beforehand, additional charges may apply.
  • Failed delivery attempts or redelivery requests may incur extra fees.

  • Estimated dispatch or lead times will be advised upon order confirmation.
