Ideal for Olympic lifting , high volume metcons and strongman workouts, it can withstand the most brutal workouts! The collar is made from solid Aluminum, making it nearly impossible to break. The single-action cam lock securely clamps the collar in position on the bar, with no movement or sliding during the most brutal workouts. The latch is easily released with one hand when changing weights.
