Elite Yoke - Viking Press/ Deadlift lever

OVERVIEW
The Elite Yoke is the ultimate piece of equipment that every serious lifter needs. Not only for carrying, pushing, and dragging; it doubles as all-in-one squat rack and bench press rack, making it perfect for home gyms, studios clubs as well as pro training facilities. Made from heavy duty 75x75x3mm thick section uprights, it features quick release lock pins, multiple hole spacing from the lowest to highest points for full height adjustments for J-cups. The thick adjustable height crossbar will work not only for a classic yoke carry or Zercher carry, but for fat-grip pull-ups and presses.

The extra height allows additional high cross bar for pull-ups hanging rings etc and added stabilization.

The Viking attachment easily connects to any height on the uprights and adds extra movements commonly seen in Strongman competitions. Attach the spotter arms high its a standing viking press. Remove the spotter arms and attach low and it becomes a deadlift lever. The 38cm weight sleeves allow plenty of weight to be loaded on from standard plates to Apollon Wheels. Hard chrome pins included for attaching bands for additional resistance. The versatile handgrip design allows both overhand and neutral grip hand positions. Rubber coated handle bars provide a more comfortable and grippy surface.

Most yokes on the market uses standard weight sleeves that are painted metal tubing with a plastic end cap or no cap at all.  All METAL MUSCLE weight sleeves are hard chrome plated with a molded aluminum end cap and rubber spacer for added durability, scratch resistant and less chance of peeling and chipping. Laser cut logos throughout complete the look and add to the high end appearance.
