OVERVIEW
Known around the world more commonly as the crucifix, iron cross or Magnusson carry, is a tall hollow cylindrical object with tubes extending out either side. Pick up and carry with arms wrapped around or over the arms in a Zercher style. It’s hollow body open top design allows top loading of dumbells, plates, sandbags, chains etc. a great full body workout stand alone or in a medley !
