This monster dumbell sits empty at 30 KG and comes with 14 additional chrome plates so when fully loaded totals 100kg! Solid steel lids with finger holes screw onto cover each end for a clean look.

A sturdy rubber strip wraps around the entire outer edge of both sides to provide added protection from dropping and bumps. Just enough space off the ground to minimize scratching on both the equipment and your floor!
