TACTICAL RACER Obstacles series by METAL MUSCLE- a  fully customisable Ninja Obstacle Course features a modular cube design which allows full flexibility to accommodate infinite sizes , configurations and obstacles.

Once the space size has been determined you can select either a standard size course with pre selected obstacles or create a completely customised design. The modular design allows infinite configurations and continue upgrades and unlimited variations

The complete set essentially has 4 major components

1.    The rig/ frame assembly
2.    The obstacles either hanging or on the ground
3.    Landing pads include the soft platforms for getting up and off the obstacles and               crash mats for falls and jumps
4.    Frame Protection-these are Padding over the uprights to protect against knocks               and  bumps

Suitable for both kids and adults can be made to fit any space, specific requirements , logos and colour branding and skill level. 

MODULAR STUDIO RIG

The MODULAR STUDIO RIG series single layer utilizes steel tubing 80 x 80 x 3 mm tubing with a single or double layer structure has an overall lower cost ideal for studios and smaller venues.

The double layer construction provides additional stability, especially if the course will have many people on it at the same .

  PRO TRUSS RIG

The PRO TRUSS RIG series feature aluminium 290 x 290mm truss is the full size rig ideal for large venues and competitions. Due to the size and weight its self standing and sits on the ground or on weighted plates and does not require modification only a flat surface. Can be bolted to the floor for extra stability if required. Set up and takedown is relatively easy.

PRO TRUSS SUSPENSION RIG

Utilising the same structure as lighting and staging set ups the suspended truss design uses overhead beams or ceilings as the mounting points. Having no uprights allow for a much more open and function space. Note not every facility can accomodate this design and may require modifications to the building. Although relatively easy to assemble and disassemble will require The additional cost installation fees and engineers certification

Custom colours are available for all components including Crash mats, Landing platforms, uprights tube protections, hanging obstacles and the steel frame. 

All obstacles courses are made to order. Depending on the complexity and design requirements allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
