The METAL MUSCLE Short Axel Dumbell Bar will add a new feel to any conventional dumbbell work to up your training in ways you never imagined. Improve grip, wrist, finger and forearm strength. From presses to rows, deadlifts, cleans, ground to overhead and any other movements- this fat bar makes for a more challenging but ultimately more beneficial workout.

Train just like a circus dumbbell but without the enclosed bells these grips are way more versatile, cost efficient and easy to store. Can be used with any 50mm Olympic weight plate or attachment.

Many axels on the market are just painted metal tubes with a plastic end cap or no cap. All METAL MUSCLE weight sleeves are hard chrome plated with a molded aluminum end cap and rubber spacer for added durability, scratch resistant and less chance of peeling and chipping together.
